IN A WORLD FULL OF MISSIONARIES I'M SO GLAD WE HAVE OURS! WE LOVE YOU!

In a world full of missionaries I'm so glad we have ours! Its so fun to see these amazing young missionaries give their all to the Lord and his work. Oh how we love our dear missionaries!

We have now welcomed our very last group of missionaries, had our last stake conference, district leader training and our second to last MLC. Next week we will have our last multi zone conference, then we will travel the mission to say our final goodbyes and a few days before we leave we will have our last MLC. It will be a whirlwind few weeks and we will finish strong. We have been preparing our missionaries for the transfer of the baton and they are ready!

Last month we announced the new mission leaders (showed their picture and shared their bio) to our missionaries and WOW was that tough. As Paul likes to say, We will be passing the baton to President and Sister Witt on June 26 and we know they will continue to move this work forward. We have met with them several times, we love them and so will our missionaries.

With all that said we are coming to grips that our journey is coming to an end! We have dearly loved every moment, loved and will always love our dear missionaries (and the added family members through marriage) and are doing our best to prepare for our return home. (They pack us up June 2)  Our family is ready for us to be home and we are very excited to be with them and to finally meet our newest little grandson Beckett Anderson Bowers, who will be 5 1/2 weeks old when we return.

We will forever be changed and forever grateful for this calling and the opportunity to serve God and His children in the beautiful Mexico Cancun Mission. We love our Savior and the Mision Mexico Cancun will forever be in our hearts.

We love you MMC!

Our dear friends Curtis and Aleisha Ivins. They came to Tulum with their son and wife and we met them for lunch

We only received 2 sweet hermanas this transfer
