WE SOLD OUR HOME!

 

 

When we received our call to serve the first thing I said to Paul was "We are not selling our home!" he said "Okay we won't" 

A few weeks later Paul went to the Temple, when he got home I noticed he looked concerned, so I asked him about it. He started to cry and said he prayed about what to do with our home, and got the strongest answer that we were to sell it. I immediately started to cry, this was not what I wanted to hear. It took me a few months to accept this answer. I have since been trying so hard to have the faith and trust in the Lord that we will be blessed and all will be well when we return from our mission.

Tonight, June 9, 2022 was our last time in our home.  My heart is truly aching as we said goodbye and left for the last time!  We built this home 22 years ago and raised our 5 children here.  We have loved this home and neighborhood and will miss it dearly.
