MULTI ZONE CONFERENCE
Well here we are again...Mexico Cancun Mission Multi Zone Conferences!
We love when we can gather together with more than 1 zone at a time. These missionaries are incredible and we are blessed to be in this work together.
Our first day of zone conference was one that I will not forget. I along with our Kabah Stake Presidents wife, who is a Doctor were giving flu shots to our missionaries. after we finished, I was leaving the room to go join everyone else when a young man was in the church walking down the hall. He came up to me and said, "quiero unirme a su iglesia" As you all know my Spanish is coming so very slow (I cry a lot because I want to speak it so badly and communicate with these amazing people, but I'm trying to be patient while I continue to work at it) Anyway, I totally understood what he was saying to me!! I quickly said, "Un momento por favor" and went and got one of our assistants Elder Brooks. I told Elder Brooks I have a "GOLDEN" reference for him.😜 Long story short, this young man wants to learn more about the church and wants to be baptized!! What an incredible opportunity this was for me to be a part of this amazing work! The excitement and joy this brought was incredible.
