WOW ANOTHER MONTH HAS COME AND GONE!

Wow another month has come and gone! As always so much has happened these past few weeks.  We have gathered with our missionaries at Stake Conferences, multi zone conferences, district councils, mission leadership council, Baptisms, interviews, our Sunday night devotionals, new missionary training and more. Before we knew it, transfers were here again.  We said goodbye to 8 amazing Elders and Hermanas this transfer.  Oh how we love these missionaries!! We feel so blessed to have spent the past 18-24 months with them, loving them and watching them grow, but are so excited for this next chapter in their lives. 

Along with the goodbyes we welcome the hello's. We welcomed 5 sweet missionaries whom we have loved since the moment we knew they were ours! To feel of their excitement, energy and love of the Lord is truly amazing. They will be a wonderful addition to the best mission in the world!

We are so grateful we can stay connected with our returned missionaries, whether in person or over the phone. We again have had some returned missionaries visit. We LOVE to see them, give them hugs, and hear all about how they are doing and meeting their families. It’s amazing that the love we feel for them never ends, they will always hold a special place in our hearts and lives forever!

We have had some challenges in the mission this past month with missionaries returning home and we have truly felt Satan trying hard to stop us from achieving great things. But we will prevail and we will accomplish all things through Christ!

While our mission has not always been easy, we feel so blessed and eternally grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing work. Being away from our children and grandchildren is so hard at times. It hurts this momma's heart when they are going through hard times themselves and we can't be there for them, but we are so grateful they have each other for strength and support and know the Lord is blessing them. This truly is the Lords work and he is leading, guiding and directing us as we love and care for our sweet missionaries and as we lead this mission. We love Him and are honored to serve Him in the MMC!!
